For apartment owners and property teams
Resident requests, handled from the TV.
Residents report repairs and check parcels with the remote. Your staff manage it all from one dashboard.
How it works
A Haven box on each TV
Haven TV runs as the home screen on a small box connected to each unit's TV.
Residents use the remote
They report repairs, see parcels waiting at the desk and open their own apps.
Your team works from one dashboard
Staff see every request in one queue and update it as work moves along.
One request, start to finish
Follow a leaking tap in Unit 4B from the sofa to a finished repair.

Neither side gets a notification yet. Staff check the dashboard; residents check their TV.
The one screen every unit already has.
Already in every unit
No phones to collect, no app store to ask residents to visit.
Easy for everyone
Big text, a familiar remote, nothing to install.
Part of their evening
Building life sits next to the apps they already watch.
One place for your team too.
Repairs and parcels arrive in one staff queue. Your team updates the status, and the resident sees it on their TV, without a call.

From first call to first request
How a pilot works.
We start with a conversation, then set Haven up together with your team.
Step 1: We talk
A walkthrough call about your building, your team and what residents ask for most.
Step 2: We look at your units
We go through your units and their TVs together and agree where to start.
Step 3: A box on each TV
One Haven box per TV, set up as the home screen and activated for your property from the dashboard.
Step 4: Your team gets the dashboard
Staff accounts with the right role for each person, and a short onboarding on requests and parcels.
Step 5: Residents are using it
Your team invites residents by email. They create an account, sign in on the TV and start sending requests.
Calm to run
One box per TV
A Homatics Box R 4K Plus with Haven as the home screen.

Updates itself
