For apartment owners and property teams
How a pilot works.
Haven TV is in pilot. We start with a conversation, then set Haven up in your building together with your team.
From first call to first request
Five steps, no big project.
We talk
A walkthrough call about your building, your team and what residents ask for most. We show Haven on a real TV.
We look at your units
We go through your units and their TVs together and agree where to start.
A box on each TV
One Haven box per TV, set up as the home screen. A supervisor creates a single-use activation pass in the dashboard and the box is linked to your property.
Your team gets the dashboard
Staff accounts with the right role for each person, and a short onboarding on repair requests and parcels.
Residents are using it
Your team invites residents by email. They create an account, sign in on the TV and start sending requests.
After that, we check in and shape it with you.
Before you start
What we need, what you get.
What we need from you
- A walkthrough call with the person who runs the property.
- The units you want to start with, and the TV in each.
- The staff who will use the dashboard, and what each of them does.
- The email addresses of the residents you want to invite.
What you get
- A Haven box for each TV in the pilot, with Haven as the home screen.
- The staff dashboard for repair requests, parcels and resident access.
- A TV that keeps working if the internet drops, and updates itself.
- Residents' own apps on the same home screen. Haven doesn't include streaming subscriptions.
Good to know
Cost and questions.
Pricing depends on your building. We'll go through it on the walkthrough. For TVs, privacy, accounts and support, the answers are on the FAQ.
